Catholics believe the Eucharist, or Communion, is both a sacrifice and a meal.
We believe in the real presence of Jesus, who died for our sins. As we receive
Christ's Body and Blood, we are also nourished spiritually and brought closer to God.
Parents are the primary educators and are expected to prepare their child at home. In addition, candidates must be enrolled in our Parish School of Religion or attend St. Patrick School, and present proof of baptism.
Please contact John Harwell at the Parish Office (601) 693 1321 Ext 9 or by email john@catholicmeridian.org for more information.
