Why Catholic? Why Not?
Interested in learning about the Catholic Faith? Perhaps you have been coming to Mass for a while, but are not Catholic. Would you like to learn more...learn what the Catholic Church teaches about faith in Jesus Christ? The Catholic Community of Meridian will soon begin a new journey of conversion to share the richness of the Catholic Faith with others. This journey begins through a process known as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). Instruction is provided in a wide range of subjects including Catholic doctrine, sacraments and sacramental theology, moral/social justice teachings, Divine Revelation (Scripture & Tradition), and other adult faith formation matters. RCIA is a structured process that allows ample time for reflection, questions and discussions. If you have concerns or questions about the Catholic faith, this is the venue to find answers you have been seeking.
Who should consider attending RCIA?
RCIA Classes are each Sunday and will continue each week: (9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.) Father Vally Room
St. Patrick Parish Center
(unless otherwise noted).
